The Housing Authority of the City of Paterson, New Jersey, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive life safety and security system services. The agency requires inspection, testing, and maintenance for its fire alarm, fire suppression, and fire extinguisher systems, alongside maintenance and repair services for its security systems. Additionally, the selected provider must deliver central station monitoring for the agency's fire detection, fire suppression, security, and elevator emergency telephone systems. The agency requires the provider to supply a toll-free number for all alarm system dialers to report alarms. The vendor must also grant the agency web-based access to all alarm monitoring accounts. The scope of work will be performed through a combination of onsite and offsite services over a contract period of three years. Eligibility is strictly limited to United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026.
