Audio and Visual Services

The government authority located in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive audio and visual services. The agency needs to equip rooms with specific video, audio, lighting, and power systems to support its operations. The required work must be performed offsite at the vendor's own office location. For the video setup in each room, the agency requires video wall processors, a robotic camera package, a Blackmagic or equivalent video switcher package, and all necessary LED and SDI cabling. The audio specifications per room include a thirty-two channel digital console, a thirty-two channel digital snake, a small format line array for audio delays, a complete microphone package, and a microphone stand package. Lighting requirements per room consist of truss tower totems for special ceiling lighting and intelligent spotlights for ceiling and mood effects. To power the equipment in each room, the agency requires power distros, feeder cables with cam disconnects, and all necessary power drops for all audio, video, and lighting needs. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
