Janitorial Services

The government authority located in Citronelle, Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide professional janitorial services for its facility. The agency requires a contractor to clean and sanitize countertops, tables, and sinks in break rooms, as well as sanitize drinking fountains. The selected provider must also vacuum office areas, including under desks and work areas, and vacuum common areas, including floor mats. The scope of work further includes dusting tables in conference rooms, dusting computer monitors and keyboards, and cleaning all glass and doors in the lobby area. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite at the Citronelle location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for June 23, 2026.
