Cleaning Services

The government authority located in Spencerport, New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cleaning services for its facility. The agency needs to address deep cleaning and sanitization requirements across classrooms, therapy rooms, and general areas. The scope of work requires wiping down walls, disinfecting desks, chairs, and countertops, and cleaning windows and light fixtures. The selected vendor must remove furniture from classrooms to strip, wax, and shampoo the floors, and then return the furniture to its correct placement.
