Website Development Hosting, Migration, Support and Maintenance Services using Drupal CMS

The College is seeking a vendor to provide website development hosting, migration, support, and maintenance services for its enterprise-level, Drupal-based website. The agency needs a hosting solution that can handle and scale the website during traffic spikes caused by large-format streaming events. The requested servers must run on a Linux operating system with either an Apache or Nginx web server. The scope of work requires automatic daily backups of the website code, files, and database in all environments to tar.gz or zip files, which must remain available for at least thirty days for disaster recovery. The agency requires twenty-four-seven customer service support to resolve user-experienced errors in real time. The hosting platform must provide a secure shell environment for Drupal core and module updates via drush, and it must support code changes via file transfer protocol, secure file transfer protocol, Git, and composer. The selected vendor must support code-related issues by assisting in identifying problems, proposing resolutions, and applying code changes to fix bugs. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and the performance of all work will take place offsite.
