RFI for Digital Forensics Software

The Division of Security Operations is seeking information on alternative digital forensics tools to collect, analyze, and preserve electronic evidence from computers, mobile devices, and networks. The agency needs a solution that can create forensically sound full-disk images of Windows, macOS, and Linux devices, specifically including support for macOS 14 Sonoma, macOS 15 Sequoia, and macOS 26 Tahoe. The requested software must also create forensically sound logical and physical images of mobile devices running iOS, Android, and iPad operating systems.
