QuickBooks Pro Technical Assistance Service

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation in Juneau is seeking a qualified contractor to provide QuickBooks Pro technical assistance and training for rural sanitation utility and agency staff. The agency needs to solve accounting system issues related to customer billing, accounts receivable, payroll liabilities, cash receipting, and financial reporting via Excel exports. This one-year contract aims to improve the financial management and software proficiency of rural utility operators and agency personnel. The scope of work covers remote and on-site support, including software troubleshooting, QuickBooks Pro classes, and dedicated technical assistance trips. The contractor must provide three-day on-site support trips lasting six hours per day, a dedicated phone line with voicemail, and the necessary software tools for remote computer access. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, capable of performing work both on-site in Alaska and remotely.
