Facility Security Enhancements Service

A non-profit organization in Reading, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide facility security enhancements. The agency needs to secure its physical premises by upgrading its entryways, communication systems, and emergency broadcast capabilities. The project requires the selected contractor to perform all work onsite at the organization's facility. The scope of work covers three primary security upgrades. First, the vendor must furnish, deliver, and install new impact-resistant door assemblies, including doors, frames, hardware, and all required accessories, at seven specific openings. Second, the agency requires the installation, programming, and commissioning of a complete IP video intercom system featuring three video door stations, one master station, door release integration, and the necessary power and network infrastructure. Finally, the contractor must install, program, and commission a complete single-zone, all-call public address and emergency announcement system consisting of head-end equipment, approximately eight speaker assemblies, approximately four paging horns, and all associated wiring. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to define the budget, and the contract period will run for one year.
