Common Spaces Cleaning Services

The government authority in Telluride, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide common spaces cleaning services to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness. The selected provider must immediately report any safety or cleaning concerns to the appropriate facility contact person and provide recommendations if additional cleaning is needed. The agency also requires the provider to report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment and elevator operation issues directly to the Town's Facility Maintenance Manager. The scope of work covers emptying trash on each scheduled visit, replacing can liners as needed, and cleaning the trash receptacles as required. The provider must clean and sanitize floors, toilets, and sinks on each scheduled building visit, as well as clean walls, doors, windows, and mirrors. Additionally, the work includes cleaning kitchen surfaces and appliances, and replenishing all paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap dispensers. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of the work will take place onsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and allows digital submission via email or online. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on June 18, 2026.
