RFI for Auditorium Audio Visual System

The Middletown, Pennsylvania government authority is seeking information to procure a fully operational, reliable, and user-ready auditorium audio-visual system. The authority requires a complete solution that includes installation, testing, and training to resolve their need for updated presentation and sound capabilities. The scope of work covers a direct-view LED display system with a maximum pixel pitch of 1.5 mm and a diagonal display size between approximately 163 inches and 180 inches. This display system must include all required processing, controllers, and input/output interfaces. Additionally, the authority requires independent control and routing for program audio and microphone reinforcement, integrated mounting provisions for audio-visual equipment, and a podium that houses all associated equipment in its base. A projector with a mount for a presenter confidence display and all associated audio-visual cabling are also required. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The work may be performed onsite or offsite. The authority is currently looking for proposals to establish budget expectations, and no specific key dates are provided in the request.
