Community Grant Program Administer Services

A government authority located in California is seeking a vendor to provide community grant program administrator services. The agency needs to deliver intensive, peer-supported case management services to shared-housing participants. To solve stability challenges, the agency requires the selected provider to establish meaningful relationships with participants and connect them to health, behavioral health, substance use disorder, emotional support, and group meeting services. The scope of work also covers augmented supportive services to help participants build household income and take full responsibility for rents by the time of program completion. These services include employment coaching, connections to jobs, job training programs, and workforce development programs.
