The selected provider will also perform geographic information systems analysis, long range transportation plan development, project prioritization, public outreach, safety action plan development, and transit planning. Additionally, the agency requires assistance with travel demand model analysis, school safety planning, and transportation improvement program development. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the selected contractor to perform the work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
