RFI for cloud-based Management of Information, Licensing, and Enforcement System

The Commission is seeking information on cloud-based enterprise solutions to manage its regulatory, licensing, and enforcement business processes. The agency needs a modern, standardized, and integrated system to address all licensing, regulatory enforcement, illegal gaming enforcement, administrative functions, and legal needs established by applicable statutes, laws, rules, and executive orders. The desired system must have the capacity to grow and integrate to meet both current and future responsibilities. The scope of work covers end-to-end case management for investigative cases and reports, legal case and correspondence activities, and tribal gaming compact facilitation. The requested solution must also handle revenue auditing, tax review and processing, payment tracking, classification, and reconciliation activities. Additionally, the system must facilitate document management, application intake, entity registration, license issuance, permit management, and authorized gaming regulation. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to respond to this request. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite. The commission is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than June 25, 2026.
