Facilities Conditions Assessment Services

The Beaufort County School District in South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive facilities condition assessment services for all district-owned properties. The district serves approximately 22,000 students across more than 40 buildings, which include elementary schools, academies, middle schools, high schools, and administrative offices. The selected provider must determine the current physical condition and remaining useful life of all designated properties and defined assets. The agency requires the development of a system-level capital prioritization framework to support the district's multi-year capital improvement plan. The provider must integrate the resulting assessment data into a geographic information system asset database that aligns with the district's facilities platform using ESRI ArcGIS Indoor. Performance of all assessment work must occur onsite at the district's facilities in Beaufort, South Carolina. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 8, 2026. Proposals may be submitted digitally via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years and is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget for this project.
