ERP Software and Implementation Solution

The agency is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and implementation solution to modernize its technology both internally and with utility customers. The project aims to establish a single source of data, reduce the number of best-of-breed solutions, and enhance internal and external access to data. Through this implementation, the agency plans to improve internal processes, unify workflows, and eliminate customizations, manual processes, workarounds, and off-system data. The scope of work covers the design, installation, implementation, and commissioning of the ERP system. The selected provider must develop user acceptance testing scripts, deliver training, perform system integration, establish connectivity to existing systems, and support the system over the long term. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, which can include software vendors, implementation partners, or software resellers. Bidders must demonstrate the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities required to deliver the enterprise system. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and requires digital responses submitted via email or online.
