RFI for SAP S/4HANA Process Intelligence and Business Process Management Platform

The issuing agency is seeking information for an SAP S/4HANA process intelligence and business process management platform. This platform must support a business model mapping product relevant to an SAP S/4 upgrade and discover current-state ECC business processes through transaction-log-based process mining or automated process discovery. The agency needs to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework loops, and process variants while supporting process approval workflows, governance controls, and accessibility standards. The requested scope of work includes providing tools for monitoring and identifying regulatory gaps, automating controls, and supporting collaboration through commenting and shared reviews of process artifacts. The selected vendor must provide live technical support, helpdesk services, and documentation regarding software updates, maintenance schedules, and upgrade practices. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the platform and services.
