Website Design and Development Service

The City is seeking website design and development firms to redesign and modernize its official website. The agency needs to create a user-friendly, visually appealing, and accessible website that reflects the city's character. This project aims to enhance communication, transparency, and service delivery for residents, businesses, and visitors. The scope of work requires the selected firm to design, develop, test, and deliver a website that conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA Accessibility Standards and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Performance of all work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America only. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal.
