Senior Solution Architecture Lead Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a senior solution architecture lead service to design, validate, and implement robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions across various business areas. The selected lead will serve as the principal system architect and subject matter expert, addressing the agency's need for advanced expertise in Artificial Intelligence implementation, cloud platforms, advanced data analytics, and data warehouse systems. This resource will guide the agency through complex technical environments by leading architectural design, evaluating Large Language Models, integrating prompts, and managing data modeling and deployment strategies. The scope of work covers leading the architecture design and optimization of enterprise-level IT solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, cloud platforms, and data warehouse architectures. The lead must develop comprehensive technical documentation, provide architectural oversight for data warehouse initiatives, and review and approve architectural artifacts for mission-critical applications. Additionally, the role requires providing technical leadership, mentoring teams in cloud-native design and microservices, advising executive stakeholders, and supporting production issue resolution during high-priority incidents. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The designated resource must perform all work onsite at the agency's location. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will run for two years.
