Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management Subject Matter Expert Support Service

The government authority located in Washington, DC, is seeking cybersecurity supply chain risk management subject matter expert support services. The agency needs to establish a robust and centralized Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) framework to ensure consistent and comprehensive risk assessments across the Federal Marketplace. This initiative aims to integrate forward-leaning security strategies, including Post-Quantum Cryptography and artificial intelligence-driven automation, into the agency's security posture. The scope of work covers leading the maturation and refinement of the end-to-end C-SCRM operational lifecycle, which includes the Entity Risk Assessment process, the C-SCRM Plan Review program, and pre- and post-award monitoring programs. The selected provider must drive the strategic integration of artificial intelligence and automation to create measurable efficiencies in these C-SCRM processes. Additionally, the project requires designing the curriculum and overseeing the development of a targeted C-SCRM training program for the acquisition workforce.
