Security Camera Solution

The City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive security camera solution. The agency needs to replace and upgrade approximately thirty-eight cameras at the city hall campus utilizing a cloud-based video management solution. The project aims to modernize surveillance capabilities while ensuring robust cybersecurity and incident response protocols. The scope of work covers the furnishing, installation, configuration, commissioning, training, and support of the new security camera systems. For remote park installations, the required work includes trenching, cabling, conduit, poles, electrical service, surge protection, switches, wireless equipment, and all necessary accessories. The agency also requires end-of-life equipment certification for the decommissioned hardware. The requested cloud solution must provide encryption in transit and at rest, a minimum thirty-day retention period, and configurable retention schedules. The system must also feature mobile and browser access, artificial intelligence search capability, role-based access, audit logging, and ongoing firmware support.
