HIPAA Validation Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide HIPAA validation software that integrates into existing workflows. This software must allow compliant files to proceed through the system while rerouting noncompliant files to an error queue alongside a detailed error report. The tool must update standards and code sets frequently and rapidly as new standards and codes are released. Ongoing software support must also be available to resolve any issues that are encountered. The project covers a contract period of three years. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 19, 2026.
