Instalment and Pre-Collect Payment Plans Solutions

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide instalment and pre-collect payment plans solutions. The agency currently utilizes PeopleSoft Interaction Hub (My Madison) to accommodate web access to registration, financial aid, and student accounting data. To solve its payment management needs, the agency requires a web portal where students can view bills and make payments via credit/debit card or ACH, as well as view real-time account balances and stored PDF billing statements. The scope of work requires integration with PeopleSoft Student Administration and Oracle Student Management Cloud to automatically control payment plan balances. The requested system must send email notifications for upcoming plans, future plans, upcoming payments, missed payments, and plan terminations. Additionally, the solution must track all account activity, such as logins, account reviews, plan enrolments, payment activity, and system-generated emails, in a chronological log. The agency also requires a customized pre-collection payment plan for currently enrolled students who have a delinquent balance and a registration hold. The selected vendor must transmit and process a daily file containing student names, ID numbers, email addresses, and balances due. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations.
