RFI for Offender Management System

The agency is seeking information on a web-enabled, integrated offender management system. The system must allow for the addition of services, updates, modifications, and changes to business rules and processes. The agency requires tools that support effective communication with users, online in-place guides, and the ability to add or delete users. The requested scope covers a system with secure audit logs, audit reporting, and the ability to modify job functions for specific roles or staff. The agency also requires performance reporting statistics, dashboards, and business intelligence tools for data mining, analytics, decision support, and executive information. The system must support user actions, batch actions, integration actions, and the ability to add or edit business rules. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Respondents must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently seeking budget proposals for this system.
