The agency is seeking a modernized, integrated data and case management solution to support classification, intake, risk assessment, and operational analytics. This project aims to deploy a modern, unified, digital environment that streamlines correctional operations and boosts positive outcomes for both incarcerated individuals and public safety. The agency requires a system that starts with top priorities and opportunities for impact while complying with technology, cybersecurity, accessibility, and data-exchange standards. The requested scope of work covers user-experience design research to map out the intake process and identify opportunities for deploying artificial intelligence. The agency requires an open-source solution platform that supports classification changes and validation. This platform must come from a technology provider whose entire mission, product, and technical infrastructure are dedicated exclusively to corrections data integration and decision support across the full continuum from incarceration through reentry and community supervision. Bidders must comply with specific standards including identity management, API governance, security testing, and cloud-hosting requirements. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The performance of the work can be conducted onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 19, 2026.
