Genomics Information Management System License Renewal, Support and Modernization Service

The agency is seeking a contractor to provide a genomics information management system license renewal, support, and modernization service. This project addresses the agency's need for Scientific Laboratory Information Management System (SLIMS) license keys, extra server license keys, and engineering integration support. The system must support laboratory information management, electronic laboratory notebooks, and electronic laboratory environment applications configured for onsite, cloud, and large-entity level use. The scope of work covers microbial regulatory environments, workflow management, centralized data management, and sample and compliance tracking adhering to ISO and GAMP5 standards. The requested system must feature audit trails, electronic signatures compliant with 21 CFR Part 11, and integration capabilities for sequencing, robotics, and quality assurance or control. Additionally, the agency requires scalable licensing models, helpdesk or training documentation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, API access, and the ability to handle and ingest large data files. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The contractor will perform all work offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online.
