Increase User License Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide an increase user license service to expand the user license count to all users for Entra. This project requires upgrading additional user licenses specifically for ReACT. The performance of this work will take place offsite. The agency is limiting eligibility for this opportunity to onshore organizations based in the United States. To assist in budgeting, the agency is looking for proposals from interested bidders. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
