Enterprise Resource Planning Solution and Implementation Services

The issuing agency is seeking an enterprise resource planning solution and implementation services to replace an existing system that is approaching its end of life. The requested system must also handle payroll processing, position and organizational structure management, benefits administration, arrears management, and online bill presentation. Additionally, the agency requires customer self-service portals, dashboards, and the use of artificial intelligence or advanced analytics to support forecasting, risk management, and decision-making. Eligible bidders must be onshore Canadian organizations. Performance of the work will take place offsite.
