Shared Network Drive Migration Service- Budget - Up to 180,000.00 USD

The government authority located in West Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a vendor to provide a shared network drive migration service. The agency needs to transition from legacy infrastructure to a modern Microsoft 365 digital workplace to reduce long-term operational and security risks. This project aims to strengthen information security, implement robust content governance using Microsoft Purview capabilities, improve compliance and auditing, and enhance collaboration and discoverability of organizational information. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to conduct discovery workshops, content inventories, and data-quality assessments. The vendor must provide recommendations and support for source-data cleanup, develop detailed migration plans, and execute the migration using industry-leading SharePoint Online-compatible tooling.
