Strategic Planning and Social Media Services

The City is seeking a vendor to provide strategic planning and social media services. The agency needs to develop a practical tracking system that demonstrates progress on action plans and citywide outcomes while remaining considerate of staff time dedicated to existing reporting systems. The selected partner will support the rollout of the plan, which includes communicating in English and Spanish with community members, frontline staff, department directors, and Council members. Additionally, the project covers the preparation of all advertisements and informational materials necessary for social media and education directed at the public, elected officials, stakeholders, and city staff. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 25, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 09, 2026.
