The government authority located in New York, NY is seeking independent review and analysis services to provide IT managed services. The agency needs to support its end-user, desktop, server, storage, database, and cloud environments within a Service Level Agreement driven framework. The scope of work covers service desk and request aggregation, end-user computing, Windows and Azure Virtual Desktop, and servers and storage management. It also encompasses database management, Azure cloud management, enterprise service, asset management, hardware and software acquisition management, and security management. Additionally, the agency requires governance, continuous improvement and automation, and the integration and enhancement of its existing ServiceNow instance. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 30, 2026.
