Window and Glass Surface Cleaning Service

The Montgomery County authority in Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide on-call, as-needed window and glass surface cleaning services. The agency requires comprehensive interior and exterior window and glass cleaning at nine county facilities, as well as on-call pressure washing services at all county facilities. The selected provider must clean all interior and exterior glass and window surfaces using a cleaning brush, squeegee, and lint-free cloth. The agency also requires pressure washing of building exteriors, including exterior walls, facades, and siding, to remove accumulated dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and other contaminants. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of all work must take place onsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
