Janitorial Services

The Missouri Department of Natural Resources is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for a government facility located in Jefferson, Missouri. The agency requires these services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment across its offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and exterior walkways. The selected contractor will perform all work onsite for a contract period of one year. The scope of work covers daily and routine cleaning tasks throughout the occupied space. The contractor must empty office waste containers, deposit trash into designated disposal areas, remove sidewalk trash, and sweep the sidewalks. Interior cleaning tasks include spot cleaning all interior glass surfaces, brushing and spot cleaning fabric furniture, and cleaning all interior doors and doorframes. Floor care requires wall-to-wall vacuuming of all carpeted areas, entrance and exit rugs, clerical spaces, mailrooms, copier areas, and high-traffic zones, as well as wet mopping breakroom and restroom floors with disinfectant. Restroom and breakroom sanitation requires deep cleaning and disinfection of specific fixtures and appliances. The agency requires the cleaning, disinfection, and removal of mineral deposits from the interior and exterior of toilet bowls, seats, urinals, hand basins, faucets, countertops, showers, dispensers, and the walls surrounding these fixtures. In the breakrooms, the contractor must clean and disinfect all tables, countertops, and the sides, tops, and fronts of microwaves and refrigerators. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. A non-mandatory pre-bid tour of the facility is scheduled for July 7, 2026, to allow interested parties to inspect the site prior to submission.
