Environmental Janitorial Services

The Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network is seeking environmental janitorial services for its behavioral health crisis care center facilities located in Detroit, Michigan. The agency requires a contractor to resolve the challenge of maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment by providing continuous, uninterrupted services and staffing twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The selected provider must perform all duties in a thorough, professional, and efficient manner that adheres to all industry standards, regulations, and best practices. The scope of work covers regular cleaning, trash removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, and the provision of all replacement receptacle products such as paper products, hand soap, and trash bags. Specific tasks include emptying waste receptacles, replacing liners, spot cleaning entrance doors, glass, and receptionist windows, vacuuming walk-off mats, and mopping all hard surface floors. The agency also requires damp wiping of tabletops, spot cleaning of chair seats and backs, weekly dusting of furnishings and windowsills, and high dusting of surfaces under nine feet such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, and wall corners. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The designated work must be performed entirely onsite at the Detroit facilities.
