Janitorial Services

The Nevada State Public Works Division in Carson, Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive onsite janitorial services. The agency requires regular cleaning and maintenance of its facility to ensure a clean and orderly working environment. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining offices, entryways, and specialized areas like training and computer rooms. The scope of work covers a variety of daily and routine cleaning tasks. The vendor must empty wastebaskets, replace liners, dust furniture, countertops, and file cabinets, and clean interior and exterior glass doors and partition glass. Additionally, the vendor must vacuum all carpeting, dust mop and wet mop all tile floors, sweep all entryways, and refill paper towel dispensers. After completing any floor work, the vendor must return all furniture to its proper position. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
