Website Redesign, Deployment, Hosting, Maintenance, Support, Migrating and Content Management System Implementation Service

The City is seeking a vendor to provide website redesign, migration, and content management system implementation services. The agency needs a modern, secure, scalable, and accessible municipal website platform that supports digital communication, service delivery, and transparency goals. This project aims to solve the problem of outdated digital infrastructure by providing residents with a mobile-ready, easy-to-navigate website that improves access to and engagement with municipal information and services. The scope of work covers redesigning the website's information architecture, design, and user experience to support hundreds of pages, documents, and dynamic content elements. The agency requires a user-friendly editing environment for non-technical staff, hosted in a secure cloud environment appropriate for municipal government use. Specific technical requirements include WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, consistent functionality across all devices, migration of existing website content, AI-assisted or predictive search capabilities, and integration with an email notification system like Constant Contact. The platform must also support or integrate with a digital public records request management system that allows residents to submit, track, and receive responses to requests online. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
