The Ministry is seeking a vendor to provide secure website hosting, infrastructure, application support, and maintenance services. This initiative aims to ensure continuity of operations, regulatory compliance, data security, and system stability while the Ministry continues its phased transition of legacy functionality to modern digital platforms. The project covers the operation of a non-cloud, compliant hosting environment, alongside ongoing infrastructure, application, and database maintenance. The scope of work encompasses Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident, problem, and change management, as well as system monitoring and alerting. The selected vendor must also manage backup and recovery, security and privacy compliance, and support for Ministry-approved enhancements, assessments, and transition activities. All hosting infrastructure, systems, data storage, and processing must be physically located within the geographic boundaries of the province to meet security, privacy, and legislative requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within Canada. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite.
