Senior Solution Architecture Lead Service

The agency is seeking a senior solution architecture lead to serve as the principal system architect and subject matter expert. This lead will design, validate, and implement robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions across various business areas. The agency requires an expert with detailed knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence implementation, cloud platforms, advanced data analytics, and data warehouse systems. The scope of work covers leading the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level IT solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, cloud platforms, data analytics systems, and data warehouse architectures. The selected lead will evaluate Large Language Models, integrate prompts, model and integrate data, and develop deployment strategies across complex environments. Additional responsibilities include developing comprehensive technical documentation, providing technical leadership for data warehouse initiatives, reviewing architectural artifacts, advising stakeholders, and supporting production issue resolution. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The designated personnel must perform all work onsite at the agency. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency will award a contract for a period of two years.
