HIPAA Validation Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide HIPAA validation software that integrates into existing workflows. This software must allow compliant files to proceed while rerouting noncompliant files to an error queue alongside a detailed error report. The system requires frequent and rapid updates to standards and code sets as soon as new releases become available. Ongoing software support must also be available to resolve any issues that arise during operation. The project covers offsite performance of the work over a contract period of three years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. All clarifying questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the ability to meet these software integration, compliance, and support requirements.
