The agency is seeking a cloud-based, multi-tenant Software as a Service enterprise Translation Management System to support multilingual content creation, translation, localization, post-editing, and proofing. This platform must solve the problem of manual coordination by utilizing workflow automation and human experts to ensure compliance, thereby allowing the translation coordinator to focus on larger, specialized projects and overall system management. The system must integrate with Drupal, provide automatic website translation, and feature an order management portal that enables cost estimates to support internal billing and chargebacks. The scope of work covers unlimited languages, variants, projects, users, and workspaces, alongside real-time translation memory updates and automated quality assurance checks for linguistics, formatting, and style. The requested platform must include transcription and optical character recognition capabilities for multimedia, built-in access to human translation vendors, and the ability to assign tasks by skillset, language pair, domain, or availability. It must also provide customizable workspaces with unique user permissions, real-time collaboration tools like chat and versioning, Single Sign-On via SAML, and real-time reporting dashboards. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States.
