The agency is seeking a comprehensive, evidence-based nursing education and NCLEX preparation platform that integrates curriculum, assessment, clinical application, remediation, and licensure preparation into a unified system. This solution must support students from program entry through graduation and licensure readiness, while providing faculty with robust tools for instruction, analytics, and intervention. The platform must include dosage calculation and safe medication administration modules, interactive online textbooks, and student, cohort, and program-level reporting. The system must solve the problem of tracking student engagement and identifying at-risk students early to support retention efforts. It must include an end-of-program exam that provides an individualized probability of passing the NCLEX on the first attempt, alongside a proctored tool to measure baseline and end-of-program critical thinking growth. The platform also needs to identify student learning styles, predict performance on mastery assessments, and generate accreditation-ready reporting outputs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite.
