Barbados - Mobile Voice and Data Service Solution

The agency requires the supply of five hundred and fifty mobile phones with required accessories, along with structured mobile voice and data plans. This procurement addresses the need for nationwide coverage across all plan tiers, dedicated customer support with a preference for twenty-four-seven availability, and scalability for increased users, pooled data, and pooled minutes over time. The scope of work covers the provision of international dialing and roaming options for applicable user groups, alongside associated support, warranty, repair, logistics, reporting, and technology refresh services. Bidders must detail whether allowances are pooled or per line, and specify any throttling, shaping, fair use, rollover, or hotspot restrictions.
