The scope of work covers full access to an artificial intelligence mentoring environment that includes tool assist guidance to deliver real-time support on utilizing internal district technology tools. The platform must also feature secure ingestion or API mapping of materials, such as instructional frameworks, policy binders, and curriculum models, with automated daily, weekly, or monthly update processing. Accountability and analytics requirements include the assignment of a dedicated account manager, monthly and quarterly review touchpoints, and granular usage analytics to identify professional learning engagement patterns and content adoption trends. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
