RFI for Data Bridge Software Maintenance Service

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 7 is seeking information to identify sources for Clinical Information Systems Databridge Suite Hospital License Software Subscription Maintenance and Support. The agency requires software maintenance, bug fixes, upgrades, customer support, troubleshooting, and repairs to all DataBridge Suite software and interfaces. The scope of work covers the Vista integrated DataBridge Suite software subscription maintenance and support with twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week coverage. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Only organizations based onshore in the United States of America are eligible to participate in this opportunity.
