Managed IT and Cybersecurity Services

The City of Holcomb, Missouri, is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive managed IT and cybersecurity services for its government authority. The agency requires these services to maintain secure, reliable, and fully monitored technological infrastructure. The selected provider will manage both routine IT operations and advanced threat mitigation to protect the authority's digital assets. The scope of work covers remote and onsite help desk support, patch management, system updates, and asset inventory and lifecycle management. Network administration duties include managing switches, firewalls, and wireless systems, alongside continuous twenty-four-seven network and endpoint monitoring. For cybersecurity, the agency requires Endpoint Detection and Response, DNS and web content filtering, multi-factor authentication deployment and enforcement, threat detection, incident response, and cybersecurity risk assessments. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will permit the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
