Zero Trust and Post-Quantum Compute Encryption Service

The government authority located in Ridgeland, Mississippi, is seeking a vendor to provide a zero trust and post-quantum compute encryption service. The agency needs to secure high-quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology services to protect its enterprise infrastructure. This initiative aims to solve the critical problem of securing the agency's national footprint against emerging cryptographic threats through advanced encryption and lifecycle support. The scope of work covers comprehensive managed services, hardware sustainment, lifecycle support, and professional services. The selected contractor must also deliver post-quantum cryptography upgrade capabilities across the agency's national footprint of data centers, gateway locations, public key infrastructure environments, key management system platforms, and VAEC-connected deployments. Performance of the work will take place through a combination of onsite and offsite activities. Eligibility for this procurement is strictly limited to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Additionally, the agency requires that the participating organization be based onshore within the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally either via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently open to receiving budget proposals to determine the final contract value.
