The government authority located in Washington, DC, is seeking cybersecurity supply chain risk management subject matter expert support services. The agency needs to establish a robust and centralized Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) framework to ensure consistent and comprehensive risk assessments across the Federal Marketplace. This initiative aims to integrate forward-leaning security strategies, including Post-Quantum Cryptography and artificial intelligence-driven automation. The scope of work covers program execution and enhancement, which requires leading the maturation and refinement of the end-to-end C-SCRM operational lifecycle. This lifecycle includes the Entity Risk Assessment process, the C-SCRM Plan Review program, and both pre- and post-award monitoring programs. Additionally, the selected provider must drive strategic modernization and automation by integrating artificial intelligence to create measurable efficiencies in C-SCRM processes. The project also requires workforce and compliance support. The agency is requesting the design of a curriculum and the oversight of a targeted C-SCRM training program developed for the acquisition workforce. All performance of the work will occur offsite.
