Shared Network Drive Migration Service - Budget - Up to 180,000.00 USD

The government authority located in West Vancouver, British Columbia, requires a shared network drive migration service to transition from legacy infrastructure to a modern Microsoft 365 digital workplace. The agency is attempting to reduce long-term operational and security risks, strengthen information security, and implement robust content governance using Microsoft Purview capabilities. This initiative aims to improve compliance, auditing, records management, collaboration, and the discoverability of organizational information through a pragmatic, repeatable, risk-based, and phased migration. The scope of work requires conducting discovery workshops, content inventories, and data-quality assessments to support source-data cleanup and organization.
