Telephone System

The Huntington Station government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive telephone system service and repair contract for its district-wide system. The agency needs to solve the problem of maintaining, repairing, and modifying its existing telephone infrastructure. The selected vendor must perform onsite service, handle additions, moves, and changes, and provide access to telephone system programming. The scope of work requires the vendor to pay any third-party or manufacturer service charges necessary to access, program, and maintain the systems. The agency requires all repairs to be completed within twenty-four hours of notification and receipt of a signed, authorized purchase order. Technicians must perform all repairs and installations during normal workday hours, specifically between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Upon arrival for any maintenance or service visit, personnel must report to the security desk with a custodian to sign in before commencing work. The agency requires the vendor to provide an email and electronic portal work order form detailing the site name, requested work, requester identity, time, date, completion status, and required materials. The contract period will span one year, and performance of the work must occur onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals regarding the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 18, 2026.
