Carbon Development Geospatial Analysis Service

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide carbon development geospatial analysis services. The agency needs scalable, reproducible geospatial workflows and on-demand technical support to strengthen its carbon development pipeline across diverse geographies and project types. This work will solve the problem of establishing consistent, data-driven screening, prioritization, and feasibility-stage spatial analysis for interventions including restoration, avoided deforestation and degradation, improved forest management, and blue carbon. The scope of work requires the design and implementation of reproducible geospatial and remote sensing workflows, with Google Earth Engine as the preferred platform. The selected vendor must deliver quality-assured spatial outputs and technical documentation packaged for integration into the agency's internal frameworks. The vendor will conduct this work offsite in close coordination with the agency's technical, carbon, finance, and program teams through regular coordination and iterative refinement of outputs based on agency feedback. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
