RFI for Data, Learning and Communications Service

The United States government authority located in Washington, DC, is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing a data, learning, and communications service. The agency needs to solve the challenge of organizing, linking, and standardizing data, communications, and analytical outputs to ensure insights flow efficiently between field teams, technical specialists, and external stakeholders. This initiative focuses on Emergency Food Security Analysis to gather, prepare, visualize, and distribute critical data and information. The scope of work requires the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy through a dedicated Hub. This Hub must translate complex food security analysis into actionable insights for policymakers, humanitarian actors, and development partners. Additionally, the service must cultivate an appropriately broad audience for the multi-sectoral array of data and analysis produced by the agency. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Interested parties must submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish budget expectations.
